Fosters are the crown jewels of our rescue!
Fosters provide a safe home for dogs to learn how to be a pet. They gently teach dogs how to live in a home, walk on a leash, go potty outside, and be comfortable in a crate. They encourage them and are their biggest advocates. Fosters provide great insight to us about the dogs in their care which helps us place them in the best, most suitable homes.

We provide the supplies, food, and vet care and you provide the love.
Foster responsibilities include:
-Transporting the dog in your care to and from our vet or the rescue.
- Communicating needs for supplies, food, or medicines and picking them up from the rescue.
-Taking lots of photos and videos and attending adoption events. Exposure helps find dogs their forever homes!
- Speaking with potential adopters, telling them about your foster dog, and help determine if they are a good match.
-And finally, bringing the dog in your care to adoption appointments. This is the most rewarding part of fostering because you played a vital role in the dog’s journey to his/her forever family.
